Our Purpose
Hawaii Law Enforcement Prep was created to help applicants prepare confidently for law enforcement entrance examinations through realistic, structured, and honest practice. The goal is simple: provide clear, high-quality study materials that reflect the skills and thinking commonly evaluated during the hiring process without shortcuts, gimmicks, or unrealistic promises.
Each full-length practice exam consists of 120 multiple choice questions, with an additional 30-question math section available for departments that require a math component. The structure is designed to simulate pacing, content balance, and the types of reasoning skills commonly assessed during the hiring process.
These practice materials are intended to support applicants preparing for entrance examinations administered by agencies throughout Hawaiʻi, including the following:
Honolulu Police Department
Maui Police Department
Kauaʻi Police Department
Hawaiʻi Police Department
The content is designed to reflect the general skill areas commonly evaluated during law enforcement hiring processes across the state.
Many candidates are capable and motivated but feel unsure about what to expect on exam day; these practice tests are designed to remove that uncertainty and help applicants walk in prepared, focused, and confident.
