All practice exams, study guides, and related materials are delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be returned or revoked after download, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or delivered.

2. Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your transaction. We will make reasonable efforts to assist and ensure you receive the materials you purchased.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of the duplicate transaction. Verified duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact your payment provider immediately and notify us so we can review the situation.
